Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At RBCRE8IVE LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy regarding returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation

Please do not send items back without first obtaining return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.

Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the unique nature of custom and personalized products, these items are not eligible for refunds or returns. However, they may qualify for replacement under certain circumstances.

Before production begins, customers may receive a proof for approval. Once a proof has been approved, RBCRE8IVE LLC is not responsible for errors that match the approved proof, including but not limited to:

  • Misspellings
  • Incorrect names, dates, or wording
  • Design elements approved by the customer

Any corrections required after approval will be the responsibility of the customer.

If a custom or personalized item contains a manufacturing defect or an error caused by RBCRE8IVE LLC, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

If a custom or personalized item is damaged during shipping, a replacement may be provided after the appropriate shipping carrier claim has been filed and approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at support@rbcre8ive.com. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible item following our return process and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without providing justification.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

This right does not affect any exclusions that may apply to custom or personalized products under applicable law.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
