Made-to-Order Production
At RBCRE8IVE LLC, many of our products are handcrafted and made to order. This allows us to provide high-quality, personalized products while maintaining our commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Production times vary by product and are noted in each product listing.
Standard Production Times
- Most products require 3–5 business days for production before shipment.
- Some products, particularly custom, personalized, or more intricate items, may require 7–10 business days for production before shipment.
- During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume, production times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated whenever possible.
Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. Shipping transit times begin only after your order has been completed and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Methods
RBCRE8IVE LLC ships using the shipping method and carrier selected by the customer during checkout. Available carriers may include:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Shipping options, delivery estimates, and costs are determined by the selected carrier and service level at the time of purchase.
Order Processing & Shipment
Once your order has been completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available from the selected carrier.
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before submitting their order.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed by RBCRE8IVE LLC. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- High shipping volumes
- Customs processing (for international shipments)
- Other unforeseen transportation disruptions
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. However, RBCRE8IVE LLC will gladly assist customers in locating packages and initiating carrier claims when necessary.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist with a resolution.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient.
