Before you set forth, however, your patron has one important request: keep a record of your journey.

Document your encounters with allies and enemies alike. Sketch maps of unexplored lands and hidden caverns. Record clues, campaign notes, memorable NPCs, and the heroic (or disastrous) decisions that shape your story. After all, legends aren't remembered unless someone writes them down.
